Carol has worked in the digital space for more than 20 years, lending her expertise in user experience design, content, and strategy to Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits alike. She thrives on finding the right combination of consumer insight, design, and technology to create seamless user experiences, more relevant messaging, stronger brands, and better business results.
With a background in content strategy, Carol values a collaborative approach to ensure all parts of the design communicate effectively. She believes in slowing down to speed up, and building strong teams to tackle gnarly problems while building bonds, careers, and confidence. She’s managed multi-disciplinary teams across multiple offices including visual and motion designers, information architects, content strategists and copywriters, as well as strategy, social, search, research & planning experts.
Prior to argo, Carol served as group creative director at Razorfish, one of the world’s largest interactive agencies. Born and bred in the heartland of Iowa, she cherishes family, travel, sports, chips and salsa, and her dog named Blue.
