Antonio is Head of Programs, EMEA at argo's Amsterdam studio. He shapes and collaboratively leads the programs that our creative and technology teams deliver for our international clients, where he strives to create team cultures and client engagements that achieve valuable outcomes. Besides running programs, Antonio leads the team of program managers in Europe and drives all regional business development alongside Heads of Creative and VPs of Client Relations.
Before joining argo, Antonio was the Director of Programs at Forward Incubator in the Netherlands, where he guided entrepreneurs from idea to scalability in a wide range of sectors, requiring a deep understanding of various B2B and B2C industries, mastering innovation methodologies to validate and derisk businesses, and creating lasting partnerships between startups, corporates and local governments. Furthermore, Antonio was a Regional Product Manager at Electrolux in Sweden and Singapore, where he was responsible for the product and commercial strategy, innovation, and business models of product portfolios in the regions. Additionally, Antonio is a social innovation consultant for international development agencies on gender equality, access to livelihoods, education, and inclusive economy.
Antonio has a BBA in Marketing and Finance and an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics. With 16+ years of experience in innovation management in the corporate, startup, and development sectors, his passion is creating solutions for complex problems and having fun with his teams while doing so. In his spare time, Antonio enjoys photo walks, gaming, and sketching.
